How a swap works here
Create a ticket. Pick a pair and an amount on the home page, then hit “Start swap”. Add email, cabinet password, Telegram and payout details. The next screen shows the deposit address.
History. Every ticket lives in the cabinet: status, amounts, payout details. Sign in from the header.
Payment window. About 25 minutes. The timer sits on the ticket page.
“I paid”. Tells the operator the transfer is already on-chain. Status moves to processing; we still wait for network confirmations.
Cash. After payment an operator names the meeting point. Do not travel before that message.
Card or wire. The name and number must match the ticket.
Missing payout. Open the ticket and send the CX number in Telegram.
