How Crypixchange handles data
A swap needs an email, a hashed password, Telegram, payout details and ticket logs. We do not collect extras for marketing.
Why. To open a cabinet, show history, reach you about a ticket and run an internal check.
Where. Records sit in the service database. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
Who. The operator on your ticket and, if the law requires it, competent authorities. We do not sell lists.
How long. The profile stays while you need history. Ask to delete the account and tickets are archived off the public site.
Cookies. A login session so you are not asked for a password on every page.
