Crypixchange public terms
These notes describe how a swap works on this site. Opening a ticket or a cabinet means you accept the version published at that moment.
1. Desk. Crypixchange matches your ticket with a cash desk and payout details. We are not a bank.
2. Cabinet. Orders live under your email. A password lets you reopen history. Do not share access.
3. Lock-in. Rate and amounts freeze when the ticket is created. You have about 25 minutes to pay. Miss the window and build a new pair.
4. Payment. Use only the network, amount and memo shown on the invoice. A wrong chain is on the sender.
5. Payout. After we see the payment, an operator sends funds to the details in the ticket. Cash is handed over only after a meeting point is confirmed.
6. Checks. A risky transfer can be paused while we ask for a short explanation.
7. Not allowed. Fraud, third-party cards or wallets without the owner’s consent, and sanction evasion.
8. Cancel. Unpaid tickets expire. Completed payouts cannot be reversed.
9. Contact. Write from the cabinet email or Telegram and include the CX number.
